Key Responsibilities
• Manage stock arrangements and physical inventory counts periodically to ensure the data records match the actual inventory levels.
• Determine the safety stock levels to reduce the risk of stock outs during unusual periods of supply and demand.
• Devise strategies to optimise stock control.
• Travel frequently to our partner outlets to manage inventory.
• Forecast demand through past data, markets and upcoming events to adjust inventory levels.
Qualifications & Experience
• Working experience in the food retail or QSR industry, preferably in a similar role.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
• Must be 12th pass.
• Owning a valid driving license and a two-wheeler is mandatory for travel. • Should have experience using MS Excel
