Job Description:

Republic of Karting seeks an organized and proactive Associate Maintenance Officer to streamline daily operations. This pivotal role involves coordinating with technicians across Mumbai, Virar, Nashik, Indore, and Ahmedabad locations, managing spare parts, assisting with procurement, and ensuring optimal site condition for customers and the internal team. A hands-on approach and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination & Communication:

   1. Act as the primary liaison between track sites and central for maintenance, purchase orders (POs), and spare parts.

   2. Maintain regular communication with on-site technicians to monitor and resolve maintenance issues promptly.

   3. Coordinate emergency repairs and special part requests across all locations.

2. Maintenance Support:

   1. Manage go-kart maintenance schedules, keeping all vehicles running.

   2. Regularly inspect and service karts, track equipment, and maintenance areas.

   3. Keep detailed maintenance logs.

3. Spares Management:

   1. Manage spare parts and tools across track locations.

   2. Monitor stock and predict needs to avoid downtime.

4. Reporting & Documentation:

   1. .Keep thorough purchase, maintenance, and inventory logs.

   2. Help prepare monthly vehicle performance and parts reports.

   3. Ensure records are up-to-date and accessible.

Requirements:

1. Experience:

   1. 2-3 years of experience in operations, maintenance management, or supply chain/logistics. Experience in the automotive or recreational industry (preferably Go-Karting or motorsports) is a plus.

2. Education:

   1. Graduate in any Field (12+3)

   2. If not formally qualified, experience in a similar role.

3. Skills:

   1. Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with teams and vendors.

   2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.

4. Attributes:

   1. Proactive problem-solver.

   2. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and changing priorities.

5. Physical Requirements:

   1. Hands-on role supporting maintenance and new track setup. Requires occasional travel and availability for weekend or after-hours operational support.
