Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Design and execute supply chain strategies to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Supplier & Partner Coordination:
Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely delivery and maintain strong working relationships.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels and replenishment processes to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
Data Analysis:
Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure beneficial terms and pricing.
Process Improvement:
Implement initiatives to streamline supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure quality.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies, and prepare performance reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as operations and finance, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data and identify and resolve supply chain issues.
Negotiation & Communication Skills:
Strong ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders and communicate clearly across departments.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, SAP, Oracle), inventory management systems, and data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
Leadership & Project Management:
Ability to manage projects, motivate teams, and implement new technologies and processes.
Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in a supply chain or logistics role, demonstrating a strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management.
