We are looking for a Restaurnt Kitchen supervisor to join our team at STJ enterprise (Franchise KAKE DI HATTI). This role involves managing storage, distribution of food, Stock management, order daily stock required with vendors. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers In Hand Salary of Rs.15000 to Rs.18000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage goods, pack orders, and keep record of stocks and storage..
Identify and dispatch packed food to e-commerce companies
Despatch food timely to tables.
Ensure proper storage of items in the kitchen.
Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods are stored in the correct location by you and all chefs.
Manage KOTs in the kitchen and timely dispose orders.
report to manager/ cashier on daily basis no.of orders and tally it at the day end.
order stock with vendors and apprise restaurant manager of inventory position.
Help chefs where ever required.
