🧑‍💼 Position: Logistics Supervisor

Location: 68, Bidadi Industrial Area, 2nd Phase, Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka 562109

Working Days: 5 days/week (Saturday & Sunday off)

Shifts: 8 hours/day, on a rotating 3‑shift schedule
Salary: ₹15,500 gross per month + OT

🎯 Role Overview

You will oversee the daily movement of vehicles, coordinate logistics operations, and manage shift teams. You will serve as the key on‑shift supervisor—resolving issues, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring your team works safely and efficiently.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Based on industry-standard guidelines for logistics supervision:

• Supervise and coordinate the movement of vehicles and shipments inbound/outbound.

• Monitor inventory and material flow; work with production and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

• Enforce safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards across operations.

• Assign tasks, mentor team members, and provide on-the-job training.

• Track performance using KPIs; regularly report shift metrics and incidents to management.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and initiate continuous improvement actions.

• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and staff-related issues promptly.

• Maintain accurate documentation: movement logs, inventory records, delivery reports.

📚 Qualifications

• Education: PUC or Bachelor’s degree

• Experience: Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in logistics, transportation, or warehousing preferred

• Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Problem-solving under pressure

  • Able to manage rotating shift operations

  • Familiarity with basic inventory or logistics software and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of safety and quality compliance
