We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team at at Kawach Ayurveda. This position offers ₹14000 - ₹18000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• nformation in the system, assign tracking numbers, and monitor the status of shipments until delivery.

• Coordinate between delivery executives and customers to ensure parcels are delivered on time.

• Proactively resolve delivery issues such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers, or other challenges to ensure smooth service.

• Prevent Return to Origin (RTO) cases by timely follow-ups with customers and offering alternate solutions to ensure successful deliveries.

• Track and report shipment delays, address discrepancies, and damaged parcels, escalating issues to relevant teams as required.

• Support the optimization of dispatch and delivery processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong Communication skills and attention to detail is a must.
