We are looking for a Logistics to join our team at at Kawach Ayurveda. This position offers ₹14000 - ₹18000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create shipment manifests using delivery partners such as Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.

• Update order information in the system, assign tracking numbers, and monitor the status of shipments until delivery.

• Resolving delivery issues such as incorrect addresses, unavailable customers.

• Prevent Return to Origin (RTO) cases by timely follow-ups with customers.

• Track and report shipment delays, address discrepancies, and damaged parcels.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 3 years of experience. Strong Communication Skills skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
