PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
· Work closely with the sales team to accurately handle customer orders for food packaging products, ensuring thorough verification of order details such as product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
· Maintain compliance with company standards and customer- defined specifications by scrutinizing the packaging and labeling of products.
· Coordinate with the warehouse team to effectively plan and oversee the timely shipment of goods.
· Prepare shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and GST documents (E-Bill), while ensuring strict adherence to local and national regulations.
· Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Be the primary point of contact for operations teams, coordinating with sales team to ensure timely resolution of pending orders and verification of order specifications.
· Manage the complete delivery process, including creating trip sheets for outbound vehicles, uploading delivery challans (proof of deliveries (PODs)), supervising the shipment of goods, and updating the same in the system for record-keeping purposes.
· Execute all activities related to pending sales orders, ensuring accurate processing, and adherence to both company and customer-defined specifications for product packaging and labeling.
· Coordinate with warehouse & Inventory management team to monitor warehouse activities, plan shipments, and organize cost-effective transportation of products.
· Conduct timely warehouse audits, monitor shipments in real-time, and promptly resolve any complications or delays encountered during transit.
· Generate and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and GST documents, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
· Handle inventory adjustments (damages on goods) for pending items in sales orders, initiate proactive communication with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, potential delays, and address other concerns related to logistics and dispatch department.
· Manage shrinkage and internal consumption inventory adjustments, provide regular updates to all teams involved, and collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Logistics and Dispatch to address challenges and contribute to improvements.
· Provide all required documentation, including day-end reports covering all responsibilities mentioned above, and stay updated on industry trends to enhance personal and professional growth.
· Proof of Delivery: Procure and manage for all outbound movement of goods.
· Unpaid Invoices: Procure manage Acknowledgement for all Receivables.
