We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations for our book publishing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating the acquisition, transportation, storage, and distribution of books and related materials, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with sourcing, editorial, printing, and distribution teams for smooth flow of goods.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.

• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or supply chain issues.

• Implement cost-saving initiatives and improve logistics efficiency.

• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in the publishing or print industry.

• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Excel.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in book publishing logistics or print production.

• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
