Job Description

We are looking for a Logistics & Warehouse Executive to join our team at Cannac Clothing.
This role involves managing daily order processing, generating & printing shipping labels, handling NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases, and ensuring smooth dispatch operations at the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and print shipping labels for daily orders

• Coordinate courier pickup and ensure timely handover

• Track shipments and update delivery status regularly

• Handle NDR cases by calling customers & correcting address issues

• Manage RTO (Return to Origin) orders and re-dispatch when required

• Maintain daily records in Excel/Google Sheets

• Communicate with courier partners for escalations, delays or delivery issues

Skills Required

• Order Processing & Warehouse Handling

• NDR & RTO Handling

• Shipping Label Generation

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets

• Attention to detail + responsibility in work

• Experience with Shiprocket/Delhivery preferred

• ENGLISH SPOKEN
