Manage end-to-end order processing — from order receipt to shipment dispatch and delivery confirmation.
Create, track, and close shipment orders using ERP or logistics software.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
Verify order details, inventory levels, and shipping documentation before release.
Monitor daily shipments and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery queries.
Send order confirmations, shipment notifications, and delivery updates to customers.
Handle escalation requests and ensure seamless communication between sales, operations, and customers.
Maintain accurate shipment and order data in Excel and ERP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and dispatch reports.
Analyze logistics data to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and courier partners for smooth dispatch operations.
Obtain and verify PODs (Proof of Delivery) and freight invoices.
Ensure compliance with transportation policies and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability aligns with order timelines.
Support demand planning, stock allocation, and replenishment activities.
Contribute to cost optimization and process streamlining within the logistics and supply chain network.
Strong command of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, MIS reporting).
Proficiency in ERP or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
Keen attention to detail and high accountability.
