Order Processing & Fulfilment:
Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner.
Coordinate with inventory teams to ensure stock availability and readiness.
Schedule pickups and ensure order dispatches are smooth as butter.
🚚 Delivery Management:
Track shipments end-to-end using courier portals, spreadsheets, or smoke signals if needed.
Keep customers and internal teams updated on delivery status.
Raise escalations and chase down delayed deliveries like a bounty hunter.
📦 Courier & Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with courier partners for pickups, pricing, SLA follow-ups, and return handling.
Manage vendor relationships—ensure SLAs are met, issues are flagged, and partners stay accountable.
Negotiate like your monthly bonus depends on it—because it might.
📊 Reporting & Issue Resolution:
Maintain real-time order and delivery dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, or whatever your weapons of choice).
Analyze delivery delays and propose process fixes—because excuses don’t ship packages.
Handle customer complaints linked to logistics and drive root-cause solutions.
🧠 Ops Firefighting & Continuous Improvement:
Think three steps ahead to prevent logistical logjams.
Create and improve SOPs that make your role (and everyone else's) more efficient.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management.
Strong communication skills (you’ll be doing a lot of chasing, convincing, and explaining).
Solid grip on delivery portals (e.g., Delhivery, Shadowfax, etc.) and order management tools.
Spreadsheet ninja—filters, pivots, VLOOKUPs .
Cool under pressure, hungry for solutions, and allergic to inefficiency.
