JOB DISCRIPTION FOR LOGISTICS POST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics [Executive/Manager] to oversee and manage the supply chain operations of our company. The ideal candidate will ensure that goods move efficiently and cost-effectively from suppliers to customers, managing inventory, shipments, transportation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Handle documentation for inbound and outbound logistics (GRN, dispatch, invoices, etc.).

• Communicate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to resolve delays or issues.

• Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular audits.

• Optimize routes and transportation costs.

• Ensure compliance with legal regulations (transport, customs, etc.).

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of goods.

• Use logistics software/tools to track shipments and inventory.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s /Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehousing operations.

• Knowledge of ERP/logistics software (SAP, Tally, etc.) is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with freight forwarding and transport documentation.

• Basic understanding of customs clearance and regulatory procedures.

• Leadership and team coordination skills (for managerial roles).

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs. 20000 per month and it depends upon your interview also. Salary is no bar for the deserving candidate. Interview will be taken (face to face)by Chairman Sir on Tuesday and Friday between 3.30 pm to 4.00 pm.
