Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams to ensure timely packing and shipping of orders.
•Liaise with courier and logistics partners for pickup scheduling, tracking, and issue resolution.
•Monitor real-time order and shipment statuses; proactively update customers or relevant teams.
•Ensure correct documentation (invoices, packing slips, shipping labels, etc.) is generated and attached to all outgoing shipments.
•Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes.
•Track and report key logistics KPIs: delivery times, return rates, damaged shipments, etc.
•Optimize shipping costs by comparing carrier rates and improving packing efficiency.
•Maintain accurate records of inventory movement and daily dispatch logs.
•Support procurement and inventory management as needed.
