Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Language Requirement: Hindi Medium, Strong & Clear Voice

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily logistics operations including dispatch, tracking, and coordination with transporters.

Manage inbound and outbound material movement efficiently.

Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely loading, unloading, and documentation.

Ensure accurate record-keeping of shipments, GRN, delivery challans, and invoice files.

Communicate clearly with drivers, vendors, and internal teams in Hindi (strong, confident voice required).

Follow up for on-time deliveries and update status in system/Excel sheets.

Handle queries related to shipment delays, shortages, or damages.

Ensure cost-effective logistics planning.

Support in maintaining stock accuracy and inventory movement.

Prepare daily MIS reports related to dispatch and logistics performance.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong Hindi communication with a clear, confident voice.

Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and warehouse coordination.

Excel, MIS

Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Preference to candidates comfortable interacting with drivers, vendors, and field teams.

Education:

Graduate preferred (Hindi medium acceptable) .
