Job Role & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day documentation tasks efficiently.

• Manage import and export documentation in compliance with regulations.

• Upload and maintain documents in company portals and databases.

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using MS Excel.

• Ensure proper filing, record keeping, and data management.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth documentation flow.

• Provide administrative support to the team and management as required.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of import & export documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Administration).

• 2–5 years of experience in administration/documentation, preferably in import-export.
