Job Title: Labor Contract Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Labor Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract labor operations, ensuring that third-party labor vendors and their workers comply with organizational policies, labor laws, and contract terms. This role ensures smooth coordination between contract laborer's and internal departments, monitors performance, and addresses issues related to productivity, safety, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise daily activities of contract labor across assigned departments or project sites with Business Development Assistant.

·         Ensure all contract workers comply with company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws

·         Liaise with labor contractors to ensure workforce availability and resolve any issues. Maintain records of contract labor deployment, hours worked, and compliance documentation.

·         Conduct regular inspections to ensure laborer's are meeting performance and safety standards.

·         Report on productivity, incidents, and contract compliance to management.

·         Assist in onboarding, training, and orientation for new contract laborer's.

Qualifications:

·         Fresher or 1 Year of Experience in labor contract.

·         Knowledge of labor laws, occupational health and safety standards, and vendor management.

·         Strong communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.

·         Proficient in MS Office and workforce management systems.

·         Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contractors and priorities.
