As our Inventory Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations—ensuring products are packed, stored, and shipped on time, every time. You’ll manage both raw materials and finished goods, keeping everything in order from incoming stock to final dispatch. This role will work closely with our supply chain and production teams to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage packing, sorting, and quality checks of all outgoing orders

• Maintain accurate stock records for stitched products and raw materials

• Handle order packing, labeling, and dispatch coordination

• Track courier pickups via Porter, Shiprocket, or other logistics platforms

• Coordinate restocks with workshops and tailors

• Monitor and manage returns, delays, and stock alerts

• Keep all storage and tracking systems organized, up-to-date, and easy to access

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems (training can be provided)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

• Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and vendors

• Prior experience in inventory or warehouse management is a plus
