We are a fast-growing FMCG, herbal extracts, essential oils, etc., listed on Amazon and other leading e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Management Executive to oversee and streamline our Amazon inventory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and optimal stock levels.
Manage and monitor Amazon inventory levels (FBA & FBM) on a daily basis.
Create and maintain stock replenishment plans based on sales data and forecast trends.
Coordinate shipment creation, labeling, packaging, and dispatch to Amazon Fulfilment Centers.
Track inventory aging, storage fees, stranded inventory, and create removal orders if necessary.
Analyze and maintain healthy inventory performance index (IPI) scores.
Regularly audit listings to ensure accurate stock quantity and availability.
Coordinate with the operations and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Resolve inventory-related issues on Amazon Seller Central including stranded or suppressed listings.
Generate inventory reports, track returns, and monitor unsellable inventory.
Liaise with Amazon support for operational issues or listing errors related to inventory.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon inventory (FBA/FBM).
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central dashboard and inventory tools.
Strong knowledge of FBA shipment creation, SKU management, and storage fee optimization.
Good analytical and Excel skills to interpret sales data and plan replenishment.
Familiarity with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in managing stock cycles.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Health & Wellness, or Herbal industry is a plus.
