We are looking for a Inventory Executive to join our team at at Roastery Coffee House. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹12000 - ₹16000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and record deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies.

• Maintain accurate daily stock records and update inventory sheets or software.

• Organize and label all items properly using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.

• Conduct regular stock counts and report shortages or damages to the manager.

• Ensure proper storage conditions for perishable and non-perishable items.

• Maintain cleanliness and order in storerooms, refrigerators, and freezers.

• Coordinate with kitchen and purchase teams to ensure timely stock availability.

• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and storage guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. Besides this, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and ability to manage time effectively is a plus.
