Job Objective:To ensure the timely and accurate supply of packing materials in alignment with production planning. This role involves maintaining healthy stock levels, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the production team with necessary resources while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with the production and planning teams to prepare and deliver material orders as per requirements.Create and update the list of pending packing material orders, and follow up with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.Maintain optimal stock levels by tracking inventory, initiating reorders, and managing overstock situations effectively.Ensure the timely availability of packing materials to support uninterrupted production planning and operations.Provide on-the-job training to co-workers and supervisors on labeling procedures, stock maintenance, and timely material issuance.Perform daily physical stock counts and reconcile with system inventory to maintain stock accuracy and hygiene.Prepare and submit monthly stock reports to Head Office for review and record-keeping.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong coordination and follow-up skills with vendors and internal teamsInventory and stock management expertiseBasic
