ob Opening: Freight Coordination & Shipment Tracking Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Freight Coordination & Shipment Tracking Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating freight rates from shipping lines and freight forwarders, as well as managing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source competitive freight rates from shipping lines and freight forwarders for both sea and air shipments.

• Negotiate and finalize freight agreements as per company requirements.

• Track and monitor shipments on a regular basis and provide timely updates on the movement and status of vessels/containers.

• Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, and internal teams for timely documentation and dispatch.

• Maintain a shipment tracker and update it with real-time status for all ongoing and incoming shipments.

• Communicate proactively with stakeholders about vessel ETAs, delays, or exceptions.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation related to each shipment.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, shipping line coordination, or logistics preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms) and documentation.

• Ability to use shipment tracking portals and freight platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Excel and email communication.
