Job Title: Import-Export and International Sales Executive Position Overview: Matrix Exports is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Import-Export and International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s global expansion by managing international sales, import-export operations, and client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of global trade, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities: 1. International Sales & Business Development: o Identify and target potential clients in international markets to generate sales leads and expand the company’s global footprint. o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and penetrate new markets. o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships. o Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals and maximize profitability.
2. Import-Export Operations: o Manage end-to-end import-export processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. o Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, tariffs, and shipping requirements. o Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. o Resolve any issues related to shipping delays, customs discrepancies, or documentation errors.
3. Market Research & Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in international markets. o Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve business outcomes. o Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
4. Client Communication & Support: o Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. o Provide product information, quotations, and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
5. Documentation & Compliance: o Prepare and review shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. o Ensure all documentation complies with international trade laws and regulations. o Stay updated on changes in trade policies, tariffs, and customs procedures to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.  Minimum 0-3 years of experience operations, or a similar role. in international sales, import-export  Strong understanding of global trade regulations, Incoterms, and shipping logistics.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Salary & Benefits:  Starting stipend of ₹8,000 per month + performance-based incentives during the probationary period. o Performance Expectation: Candidates must achieve a minimum of 2 successful sales 
