Designation: Operations Executive / Import Export Executive

Working Days: Monday to Friday......Job Timing- 11 Am to 8 PM

Salary: 20-25k

Experience : 2-3Years

• Key ResponsibiliƟes:

• Assist in managing end-to-end documentaƟon related to import/export shipments (invoices,

• packing lists, B/L, COO, etc.)

• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and suppliers

• Maintain and update shipment trackers, order sheets, and operaƟonal reports

• Monitor logistics timelines and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders

• Work on MS Excel/Google Sheets to maintain data sheets, reports, and cost analysis

• Prepare presentations, reports, and process documents for internal and client use

• Handle day-to-day coordinaƟon across different departments to ensure smooth operaƟons

• Assist with follow-ups, tracking, and data entry as required

• Candidate Skills & Qualities: We are looking for candidates who possess:

• Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and wriƩen

• Strong professional communication abilities – capable of drating clear emails, participaƟng

• in business calls, and presenting informaƟon effecƟvely

• Proficiency in MS Office tools – especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Strong organizaƟonal and time-management skills

• Proactive and enthusiastic aƫtude with a willingness to learn

• Ability to multi task and work independently under tight Ɵmelines

• Basic understanding of logistics/supply chain/international trade is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset .
