Shipment Coordination:
• Arrange transportation of goods (air, ocean) from origin to destination.
• Book container spaces and coordinate railway haulage or trucking.
• Track shipments in real-time and update clients on status.
Documentation Management:
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (e.g., Bill of Lading, Airway Bill, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
• Handle export/import documentation, including Letters of Credit and Bills of Exchange.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, and Incoterms (e.g., DAP, DDU, DDP, Ex Works).
• Negotiate shipping rates with carriers and vendors to optimize costs.
• Visit clients with the sales team for monthly/quarterly reviews and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Operational Efficiency:
• Resolve issues related to shipment execution (pricing, operations, or finance).
• Implement cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and process improvements.
