9) Co-ordination with shipping lines
10) Providing regular updates for status of shipments to customers.
11) Checking import documents.
12) Arrange transportation/logistics
13) Managing multiple warehouses
14) Plan and implement all import transportation strategies
15) Complete order entry/management on internal software
16) Planning and execution of dispatches and ensure on-time deliveries.
17) Sending dispatch details to customers
18) To ensure seamless clearance and transportation of cargo from start to end.
19) Should poses high level of knowledge in Customs Clearance,
20) Should be able to handle import documentation.
21) Knowledge of Direct-Port-Delivery (DPD), custom formalities, CFS, high sea sales documentation.
22) Co-ordination with Shipping lines, CHAs and Transporters
23) Logistics, Transportation and Warehouse management.
24) Should be able to operate independently
25)A course in Imports-Exports/ International Trade with a recognized institution will be seen as
an added advantage.
