Job Summary:
Anantam is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Stock Helper to support day-to-day operations at our corporate office. The role includes managing office inventory, assisting with garment handling (including barcode tagging), preparing parcels, maintaining cleanliness, and offering basic hospitality services.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, check, and organize office stock, samples, and garments.
Assist with barcode tagging of dresses/garments as required.
Prepare and pack parcels for dispatch to stores, clients, or vendors.
Maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas, dispatch zones, and common office spaces.
Ensure proper stock rotation and tracking of incoming/outgoing items.
Support basic hospitality tasks providing water, tea, or coffee to staff and visitors.
Assist with internal office movement of garments, supplies, and deliveries.
Report any missing, damaged, or low stock items to the office manager.
Follow hygiene, safety, and handling protocols as per company guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Basic reading, counting, and record-keeping skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with handling boxes or clothing items.
Honest, punctual, and willing to take on a variety of tasks.
Prior experience in an office helper, warehouse assistant, or stock-related role preferred.
Familiarity with barcode tagging and parcel preparation is an added advantage.
