🚀 What You’ll Do

• Source and negotiate freight with carriers via load boards and networks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S.-based shippers and carriers.

• Track shipments and provide real-time updates.

• Manage end-to-end freight movement from pickup to delivery.

• Coordinate with dispatch, compliance, and AR/AP teams.

• Hit and exceed KPIs and margin targets.

• Solve logistics issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.

✅ What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or similar logistics/sales role.

• Strong understanding of the U.S. freight market.

• Skilled in negotiation and communication.

• Experience using TMS systems and platforms like DAT, Truckstop, etc.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a performance-driven environment.

• Self-starter mindset with a hunger to grow.
