Operational Management: Oversee and manage all daily floor activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service. This includes workflow management, inventory, and stock replenishment.
Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the floor staff to meet performance targets. Create work schedules, delegate tasks, and conduct performance evaluations.
Customer Experience: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer queries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining a positive shopping or dining environment.
Sales & Profitability: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and increase profitability. Encourage upselling and cross-selling among staff.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure the workplace meets all health and safety regulations. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory to senior management.
