Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Traffic Manager to oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of daily transport operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, timely, and cost-effective logistics while managing fleet movement, route planning, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

🛣️ Plan and optimize daily vehicle routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups

🚚 Monitor and manage fleet movement across all operational zones

📦 Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and third-party transport vendors

📊 Track and analyze delivery performance, fuel usage, and transit times

📅 Schedule shipments and ensure real-time updates using TMS and GPS tools

🗣️ Serve as point of contact for client delivery queries and traffic-related escalations

📈 Generate reports on key logistics KPIs such as OTIF, TAT, and fleet utilization

👥 Lead a team of dispatchers, coordinators, and traffic executives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

4–8 years of relevant experience in traffic/logistics/fleet management

Strong knowledge of route planning tools, TMS, and GPS tracking systems

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and logistics documentation

Working knowledge of regulatory norms (RTO, road permits, E-way bills, etc.)
