Position: Field Staff (Variable Income Role)

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Location: Highway Fuel Pumps, Driver Dhabas, Toll Plazas, Transport Hubs

Compensation: Purely Incentive-Based – ₹25 per successful subscription (No fixed salary, No conveyance)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Field Staff professional who can interact directly with truck drivers and transport workers at fuel pumps, dhabas, toll plazas, and major transit points. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and comfortable dealing with an illiterate or semi-literate driver audience. This role involves on-ground awareness creation, app registrations, and subscription sales for a logistics-based mobile application.

This is a 100% performance-based role offering unlimited earning potential — the more subscriptions you sell, the more income you generate.

Key Responsibilities

Stand at designated field points such as highways, fuel pumps, driver dhabas, and toll plazas to interact with truck drivers.

Educate drivers about the mobile application, its benefits, and why they should use it.

Assist drivers in downloading, installing, and completing app registration on their Android phones.

Convince drivers to purchase app subscriptions and explain the value proposition in simple terms.

Achieve daily/weekly subscription targets to maximize earnings.

Maintain a basic record of registrations and subscriptions done.

Represent the company professionally while dealing with the driver community.

Required Skills & Competencies

Minimum education: 10th pass.

Ability to use and navigate Android mobile applications.

Strong communication and persuading skills, especially with illiterate or semi-literate drivers.

Confidence to work independently in field environments.

Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented personality.

Comfortable standing for long hours at public transit points.

Work Environment

Entirely field-based role.

Daily presence at driver-heavy locations including highway fuel stations, transport hubs, mechanic shops, toll plazas, and dhabas.

Must be comfortable interacting with large volumes of drivers throughout the day.

Compensation Structure

No fixed salary.

No conveyance or allowances.

Purely incentive-based income: ₹25 per subscription sold.
