Designation – Field Operations Executive
Experience – 0-2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain effective communication with drivers and vehicle owners to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure provisional attendance tracking and timely vehicle placements at designated locations.
• Manage helpers efficiently and coordinate the arrangement of ad-hoc resources as required.
• Establish and maintain a cordial relationship with the client’s local team, addressing escalations and providing necessary reports to managers.
• Ensure all vehicle, driver, and owner-related documents are up to date and readily available.
• Coordinate with drivers/owners to collect all trip-related documents (PODs, invoices, etc.) on time.
• Regularly update vehicle attendance, kilometres covered, and working hours in the FO app.
• Train drivers on the usage of technology and applications such as the Driver App and FO App.
• Handle cash collection and ensure timely submission to the designated department.
• Maintain professional grooming standards and adhere to company guidelines.
Required Technical Skills:
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to Read and Write English
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• Must have a smart phone.
• Must have a Bike and Valid driving license
