• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for fertilizers, micronutrients, and pesticide formulations.

• Ensure adherence to production plans and timely completion of targets.

• Maintain strict compliance with CIBRC, FCO, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to agrochemicals.

• Monitor raw material usage, reduce wastage, and optimize cost efficiency.

• Work closely with Quality Control (QC) team to ensure products meet required standards.

• Oversee equipment operation and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective actions.

• Train, guide, and supervise plant workers/operators to maintain productivity and discipline.

• Ensure proper documentation of batch production records, stock registers, and safety logs.

• Enforce safety protocols (PPE usage, fire safety, chemical handling practices).

• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on production, downtime, manpower utilization, and raw material consumption.
