We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing operations in our capacitor production unit. The role requires strong technical knowledge of machine operation and maintenance, ability to manage workforce, ensure adherence to SOPs, monitor production targets, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor.

• Operate and maintain machines and ensure smooth functioning with minimal downtime.

• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Manage and monitor shop floor workforce, allocate tasks, and maintain discipline.

• Track production numbers, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure targets are achieved.

• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure products meet company’s quality standards.

• Identify process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and higher quality output.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams for seamless operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Production Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (preferably in electrical/electronics components).

• Hands-on knowledge of machine operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Strong team supervision and communication skills.

• Knowledge of quality systems, safety standards, and production reporting.
