Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional, depending on role).
Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and budget tracking.
Conduct research and compile data for meetings and strategic planning.
Help oversee special projects or initiatives as directed by the executive.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree + Master & Male candidate preferred.
