Job Summary
Syvo Digital Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive for the Returns & Complaints (RC) Department. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate and timely return data, managing the return process efficiently, resolving escalations, and maintaining detailed records via Case Log and email communications.
Key Responsibilities(KRAs)
• Accurately update and maintain daily return data within internal systems.
• Generate and track records of returns processed, including turnaround times and resolution outcomes.
• Address queries and manage escalations related to returns and complaints within defined SLAs.
• Document all return activities through Case Log and maintain formal communication via email.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams for timely resolution of return cases.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and internal return policy guidelines.
• Compile and distribute MIS reports related to returns on a daily and weekly basis.
• Identify patterns in returns and suggest process improvements for increased efficiency. Required Skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly Pivot Tables.
• Familiarity with case management or return tracking tools.
• Strong coordination and issue resolution skills.
• Clear and professional written communication, especially via email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage workload under pressure.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, return logistics, and inventory systems.
