Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Ensure timely dispatch of all orders from the Mumbai location- Reconcile daily inventory- Maintain real-time accuracy of product dispatched.
Monitor daily logistics partner performance- Share daily dispatch performance reports
Coordinate with website team for accurate inventory display- Regular liquidation updates for Mumbai stock
Coordinate restocking based on forecast and leverage- Ensure optimal stock levels in Mumbai office
Conduct and report shrinkage count- Identify reasons and submit corrective actions
Innovate and implement carton reverse logistics- Ensure return flow from customers is tracked
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and shrinkage-
Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams- Resolve order-related issues quickly
