Key Responsibilities:
Monitor order processing.
Track delivery status and follow up on pending or delayed orders.
Check and verify bills and invoices related to production and dispatch.
Record and update delivery timelines, ensuring orders are dispatched on time.
Manage and operate CRM software for order tracking and billing.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
Maintain daily records of orders, deliveries, and pending tasks.
Prepare and share regular reports with management on order processing, billing, and dispatches.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in production and dispatch operations.
Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a dispatch executive or similar role.
Good knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, and related tools).
Experience with CRM systems and dispatch management.
Understanding of billing and invoice verification.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
