Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and well-groomed female Manager who will be responsible for staff management and client handling. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to deliver a luxury hospitality experience to both Indian and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day salon and spa operations.

• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain premium service standards.

• Handle client calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling.

• Greet, guide, and ensure seamless experience for walk-in and visiting clients.

• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

• Maintain records of staff performance, client feedback, and daily operations.

• Ensure hygiene, aesthetics, and ambience of the centre meet premium standards.

• Coordinate with management for marketing, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Female candidate, well-groomed with a pleasing personality.

• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of other languages is a plus.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, salon, spa, or customer relations.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle premium-class and international clients confidently.

• Computer skills (MS Office, scheduling software, etc.) preferred.
