Role Overview

As the Center Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the coworking center, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving occupancy and revenue growth, and managing the overall client experience. You will act as the face of Collab Cospace and ensure smooth functioning of the business center.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Administration

Manage end-to-end operations of the coworking center.

Ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the facility.

Handle vendor management and facility management requirements.

Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs promptly.

Ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalations effectively.

Conduct regular feedback sessions to enhance client satisfaction.

Sales & Occupancy Growth

Drive inquiries, tours, and conversions for private cabins, meeting rooms, and coworking seats.

Achieve occupancy targets through networking, referrals, and business development.

Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Team & Leadership

Supervise on-ground staff (reception/admin/housekeeping).

Train and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service.

Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.

Financial & Reporting

Manage billing, collections, and petty cash.

Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Monitor cost efficiency and operational profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Male Candidate (preferred, due to late working hours at times).

Graduate with 2–3 years of experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, or customer-facing operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and hands-on with operations.

Tech-savvy with knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

Local candidate (Thane/Mumbai) preferred.
