We are hiring a dedicated Branch Manager to join GSJ Logistics Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, Nagasandra. T

Job Requirements:

Supervise all transportation activities at the branch level.

Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Conduct regular meetings to review operations and resolve team issues.

Maintain daily and monthly records of operations, expenses, incidents, and fleet status. Submit regular reports to regional or head office regarding performance metrics and issues.

Maintain strong communication with vendors Actively visit industrial zones, companies, and logistics hubs to identify and approach potential clients.

Build relationships with businesses needing transportation, logistics, or cargo services.

Present company services, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert leads into clients.

Candidates with Graduate and 2 - 6 years of experience in a similar role are eligible for this position. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. Additionally, proficiency with inventory tracking systems and the ability to manage time effectively are a plus.
