A book publisher looking for an office executive to help with printing and delivering books. You will manage orders, coordinate with printing vendors, and handle deliveries.
Roles and Responsibilities:

•Printing Help:
Talk to printing vendors and check book samples before final print.
Make sure books are printed on time.
•Delivery & Shipping:
Pack and send books to customers.
Work with courier companies for smooth deliveries.
Keep track of orders and delivery status.
•Customer Support:
Answer calls/emails about orders and delivery updates.
Help customers who visit the office.
•Office Work:
Keep records of stock and orders.
Help with other office tasks as needed.
Requirements:

•Basic computer skills (MS Office, emails).
•Good at organizing work and talking to people.
•Must speak basic English.
•No experience needed.
