Roles & Responsibilities – Operations Executive (Accounts + Supply Chain)

Accounts

Manage daily purchase/sales invoices, challans, e-way bills & GST documents.

Update accounting entries in Tally / ERP.

Coordinate with CA for GST, TDS & compliance filings.

Maintain vendor payments, customer receipts & outstanding statements.

Prepare POs, quotations, proforma invoices & commercial docs.

Handle bank reconciliation, payment follow-ups & basic reports.

Manage documentation for imports, courier invoices & customs duty.

Stores & Inventory

Maintain stock register, GRN & inward/outward records.

Physical inventory verification, labeling & storage control.

Coordinate packing, dispatch, courier booking & tracking (material handover included).

Maintain material movement records & support stock audits.

Plan stock requirements with sales/operations team.

Conduct quality & quantity checks for received materials.

Maintain barcoding, shelf management, stock aging & reorder levels.

General Operations

Maintain procurement, compliance & import/export documentation.

Support vendor coordination & internal operations.

Prepare weekly MIS reports for management.

Assist in purchase of consumables & office supplies.
