Present menu, explain specials, and take food & beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction through prompt and polite service.
Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Set up tables, cutlery, glassware, and service stations as per SOP.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Assist in table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service flow.
Support restaurant operations during peak hours.
Ensure billing accuracy and coordinate with the cashier if needed.
Follow FSSAI and internal hygiene standards.
Ensure cleanliness of workstations and dining areas.
Comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve outlet goals.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
Experience: 0–2 years in F&B service (freshers can also apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure during busy hours.
Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards.
