Welcome and assist guests with seating and menu guidance
Take and serve food & beverage orders promptly and accurately
Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, and glassware as per SOP
Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next service
Coordinate with the Captain and kitchen team for smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas
Refill water, condiments, and table supplies as needed
Assist in billing and POS support when required
Follow grooming, service, and safety standards
