Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional dining experience by providing timely and courteous service to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a polite and professional manner

• Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)

• Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems or by hand

• Serve food and beverages promptly

• Check on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems

• Clear tables, remove used dishes and utensils, and clean surfaces

• Handle billing and payment processes accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations

• Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a waiter or waitress preferred

• Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a positive attitude

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Food handler certification (if required by local regulations)

• Multilingual abilities are a plus
