The Office Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, supporting basic administrative tasks, and assisting office staff as needed. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms
Serve tea/coffee/snacks to staff and guests as required
Handle internal document movement and delivery
Assist with photocopying, filing, and basic clerical work
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office pantry and equipment
Run small errands such as collecting office supplies or parcels
Provide general support to visitors and staff
Help in setting up meeting rooms and conference areas
Support during office events or staff gatherings
Basic reading and writing skills (minimum 12th pass preferred)
Polite, punctual, and trustworthy
Physically fit and energetic
Ability to take instructions and work independently
Neat and presentable appearance
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
