Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service or hospitality
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred
Language: Fluent in English and Tamil

As a Guest Service Associate at Play N Learn – Timezone, located in VR Chennai, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe, joyful, and memorable experience to children and their families. You’ll ensure every visitor feels welcomed, guided, and well taken care of during their visit.
Welcome guests warmly and assist them with activities and zone details.
Supervise kids’ play areas, ensuring safety and proper usage of equipment.
Guide parents and children through registration, ticketing, and onboarding.
Support day-to-day operations including events, birthdays, and group activities.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper functioning of all zones.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Assist with POS billing, entry management, and basic inventory tasks.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Excellent communication in English and Tamil
Customer-friendly, cheerful, and proactive
Ability to work with children patiently and enthusiastically
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety
Good team player with multitasking skills
Basic knowledge of POS and computer usage
Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
