Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, supporting kitchen staff, and ensuring a hygienic, safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, and storage areas
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation when needed
• Manage waste disposal and ensure proper recycling practices
• Restock supplies such as plates, cutlery, and cleaning materials
