Steward - Role

As a Steward at Red Thread Hotel, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all guests. You play a key role in delivering a luxury hospitality experience through attention to detail and consistent service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Assist in setting up dining areas and ensuring cleanliness before, during, and after service.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately.

• Maintain hygiene standards in line with hotel policies.

• Support kitchen staff with necessary service coordination.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass.

• Good communication skills.

• Customer-friendly attitude.

• Freshers can apply; prior hotel/restaurant experience is a plus.
